7,000 lb GAWRBoats 20 to 23 ft. Composite frame, independent trailing-arm suspension, electric-over-hydraulic stainless disc brakes.

Stuart, Florida · Composite Trailers · Est. 2019
▲ THE COMPOSITE AGE
The only American-built fully composite marine and utility trailers. Engineered in Stuart, Florida by a 40-year sportfish yacht designer. Frames and suspensions that will never rust, rot, or corrode.
◆ THE MANIFESTO
For seventy years the industry sold trailers built to fail. Galvanized steel that rusts in saltwater. Aluminum that pits and pits until the axle drops out at year eight. Pangolin sells the opposite: a trailer engineered from the same Kevlar, carbon fiber and fiberglass laminate used on multi-million-dollar custom sportfish yachts. A frame that cannot rust. A suspension that cannot corrode. A trailer designed to outlast the boat it carries, and the next boat after that.

▲ THE SYSTEM
The same yacht-grade laminate used on multi-million-dollar custom sportfishing boats, engineered by Stuart's own Steve French. No steel to rust. No aluminum to corrode against your stainless hardware. A trailer designed to outlast the boat it carries.

The same lamination techniques perfected on Spencer, Garlington, Whiticar and Merritt sportfish hulls. Now structural for the trailer that carries them.
◆ ANATOMY
Every load-bearing element on a Pangolin is engineered from non-metallic composites: frame, suspension arms, fasteners, deck, fender. Where metal must touch saltwater, we specify 316 marine stainless. The result is a trailer with no galvanic story to tell.

◆ THE FOUNDER
Steve French has spent four decades laminating Kevlar and carbon fiber into the hulls of Spencer, Garlington, Whiticar and Merritt sportfish boats. He's also the owner of Applied Concepts Unleashed, a yacht design studio responsible for more than a thousand custom hulls.
Pangolin is his answer to a question he asked his own clients for years: “Why does the trailer that carries your $400,000 boat fall apart in ten years?”
